Apple harvest season has started.
Today,I made tarte tatin. Since 4years ago,I have made tarte tatin in this season. The recipe is from 志麻さんのりんごのタルト・タタン.
It's easy and delicious.
Ingredients
apple 4
sugar 30g
butter 50g
pie sheet 1-2
1. Peel the apples and cut into wedges.
2.Wap 1 in a bakeware and heat it for 10min.
3.Spread sugar on the tarte mold.
4.Cut or tear the butter into small and spread them on the sugar.
5.Line up in a radial manner and bake it at 200°c for 60 min.
6. Cover 5 with a pie sheet after confirming it's browned.
7. Bake 6 at 200°confirm for 15min.
8. Turn the plate upside down and place them flip it over.
